The key to happiness is appreciation and gratitude. Looking for opportunities to be grateful is the development of empowerment habits. gratitude That doesn't mean neglecting difficult things. or injustice but it means recognition of good things coming into life In times of discouragement, despair, and discouragement, try to think of things that have sentimental value. what makes you feel warm It could be in the form of people, religions, places, or good memories. Talking to a trusted friend or counselor Think of a place that makes you feel safe, comfortable, etc. Who or what would you like to thank?
